just posting my opinion on this matter from just what I have seen.
to me it is just a matter of do I vote no and possibly look for a job now( or in the near future). or do I vote yes and look for a job when next contract comes up and I am 5 yrs older. because I feel that the company will be in the same boat in 5 yrs.
 
My opinion no matter contract it's going because that what union that they doing show if they going to
