1. Buck Owens and Don Rich IMO
Everyly Bro's are a very close second!

Many others, but not as good as those above ^^^^^^
 
before my time but remember my father listening to him 1- Johny Mathis, 2- Roy Orbison. Most music I listen to is rock so really don't need a great voice. country music is like dragging nails down a blackboard and Rap doesn't even count as music.
 
Freddie Mercury, Pink, Martina McBride, Janis Joplin, Bill Monroe, Keith Whitley, Christina Aguilera, Glen Campbell, Linda Ronstadt, c'mon, let's have some diversity here!!!!!

And Campbell was a very good guitar player too, he's very sick now.......may have even passed I'm not sure. If your going purely on voice, not style, I'd go with Sinatra, Celine Dion, for best harmony I'd go Allison Kraus with just about anybody. Interesting thread, thanks 232.

Some weren't exactly what you would call great voices, but what they had worked, Johnny Cash, George Jones, Pat Benetar, Chrissie Hynde of The Pretenders.
