I just want to ask a question to all of my union brothers & sisters. If this proposal passes and I think that it will. If or when YRC brings in subcontractors to do my job which they did once before with USF Glen Moore? Who do I blame for my hardships? Do I blame my union brothers & sisters for how they voted or do I blame the company and corporate GREED? My point is that YRC has purposely divided the union members as a result of their own GREED. I actually see people arguing & yelling on the job because of this yes or no vote and I personally think it is sad. Everybody have a blessed day and whatever the outcome of the vote. I'm not going to blame any of my fellow teamsters.

If this passes I will be happy that I still have a job. I will be happy that I don't have to buy Obamacare, I will be happy I won't have to fill out any applications and I will be happy that I will still be alive. The rest of this stuff can and will be dealt with as it comes up

Did you read the current proposal? If there are ANY road drivers on lay off at that terminal PTS many NOT be used at that terminal. 4 week average monetary protection was added as well.

Wins? Really? Nobody wins anything... It's a simple choice vote yes and keep working or vote no and see our union and company FAIL ! If you must blame something I would suggest the nearest republican PAC.... They love to see union jobs disappear !

Union has already failed you. Conway had union prevention meetings until you ***** voted in concessions. No more meetings and they **** all over us. Could have had more members but now not a chance.

If this passes you will have a meeting explaining the cuts that we voted in for you as well. Only difference, we have a vote where you are just told

Well, it was a DEMOCRAT (Jimmy Carter) who started the destruction when he signed the Motor Carrier Act of 1980. But you are probably too young to remember that.

Not the cuts you have started. Sounds like you have no choice either. You are starting the negative ball rolling. If we go back it will be because i
If Teamsters and you'll need to step back again.

Don't tell that to a Dumbacrat. They still think Reagan deregulated the trucking industry. Simpletons will believe anything the union tells them.

If the yes vote wins at least for the moment there will not be 22000 unemployed out looking for the jobs the no voters will be applying for knowing how much they think grass is greener on the other side.
