To the company for once again for pulling it off.To the union( if some of us forgot is part owner) that has 2 people on the board and did not know that the company was about to go tits up. To scare most to vote for this S. Believe it or not I did read this and if you dont think that the company will get there change of op then you are drinking koolaid the teamster will give them anything the Company wants. Do I sound Bitter oh no I am not better I have lived with this for over 8+ years here and have got laid off more times then I can count. Next time will this next winter. The next time that the company wants any thing I will vote for it. I have less then the time of this so called contract and I will vote yes. Now I think it time to ask Welch to redo his contract the company does our in the middle so lets do the rest ceo cfo board and any one else that has one.Good luck to every one of us. I hope it is not going to be what I think.

Coos and seasonal layoffs have been common and regular before you and I were employed here no different than unlimited overtime in the summer,we have protections during layoffs that others dont, its not a see I toldya situation even though some are going to take it that way, but they look at the negative no matter what, I wonder if they keep eating food they hate, or make another visit to ms thang after she burns him the first time

If you are a driver, how's that free health insurance? Doesn't work when you are laid off does it? Doesn't work when you come back for weeks either. I can't understand how you can say you have health care when you have to be off to go to the doctor, but you have no insurance unless you work that week. Can't schedule an appointment anyway since you never know when you will be called to work.

Don't know about your area, but we had to work enough time currently (weeks, days, etc. per month, quarter) in order to have coverage in succeeding weeks, quarters etc.
