well i was trying to find the post about why was the -15% on the pay checks but cant find it with all the bs posts

This is an extension of the original mou,otherwise this would be our regular pay and it wouldn't show yhe 15% kick in the balls everytime we get paid, we still got our original pay and vacation its just being cut( to save the company)

Surely my good ole brother Slab wouldn't offer me poison, he meant to say loaded branches, meaning full of good gifts and wishes, its snowing in Dallas, good to know Slab still in the Christmas spirit

sorry but thats incorrect .you are at full rate now .they will start from here when its contract time if there is ever another one .snap back will lost with the 2nd mou
 
The only thing back snapping is the old lady's bra strap and you'll hit and run if you know what's good for you.

Then how do you explain the paycut if we at top rate, cant be both, check it out, we still paid the week and 15% they just cutting it, look on your check and the mou language
 
ive had this discussion with the ibt in washington and kk or some one else will chime in soon but it is as i said .that this on your pay check is to just keep rubbing it in your face .no other reason for it to be there ,
 
You will never see that vac or money again once they get their greedy hands on it you don't get it back let me guess the ibt told you ..no snap back no vac and only 25 percent to pension....remember the rank and file voted it in....you should be asking about the 109 million owed to the pension plans they still haven't payed .or they will give a little money back just to make you feel good and feel like you won something but you'll never get it all back with our current leadership...sorry for the rant...had to get it off my chest.....
 
im pretty sure those couple months that they paid nothing .that owed money had been waved

Western States was forgiven for money not paid the first half of 2009.

I was of the understanding that some other conferences are using the present 25% contribution to pay off that period of non-contribution.
