Maybe the same should have been said for management..
 
At our barn 2 night supervisors have quit to go to other companies doing the same thing they was doing. Will they hire replacements with experience? Very doubtful. They hired one and on his first night he about froze because he didnt have any clue what its like on a dock in the northeast. Their orientation for management is just as bad as it is for dock and driver employees. How can a company survive when there is NO training. Its really sad that a company of this size fails in this area. Everything a new hire learns is from asking co-workers or from trial and error.

I'm wondering if the workers that Welch is talking about in his letter had anything to do with the facebook page that was out there against the MOU?
If so then I have another news flash for Overland Park and those who work there,
In your arigance you never understood that you will NEVER get 100% of us to go along with Management! COLD HARD FACTS! And it is not your place to tell us to get on board or quit. As a stockholder I (Or We) will ***** about any damn thing we want to, Or anyone we want to! If you can't stand People who oppose you then maybe some in Overland Park should quit!
It has nothing to do with the past, But I (or We) will be DAMNED if I (or we) will let Management set the terms for the future!
Bottom Line?
Quit threating us and try listening/ working WITH US! You Leaders act like a spoiled Child who cried until you get your way! Then acted like PRICKS afterwords!
