Yellow | the new fleet is here

I have a set of Roadway triples also.. Cats have knocked them off the shelf a few times and now they look like the same trucks I see on I 84 everyday.. All banged up and held together with tape..

I have shelves full of these. Maybe they will be worth something someday. Also have pins, patches, watches and a ton of other stuff. Some were given to me by sales people.

Ahhhhhh yes. Those were the good ole days. You know, when the tractor and both trailers had the same name. Now all 3 usually have different names. It looks terrible when that is the case.

Check this one out from 2008 a few months before the merger...

I seem to recall that Rogers claimed that by the end of 2013, our equipment would ALL be rebadged to YRC Freight. Just another goal we missed.

It seems incomprenchensible that 4 years after the merger that the YRC brand is still so unknown to the shipping industry as a whole. I think that name recognition should be a major factor of importance. That starts with equipment as well as hats, note pads, bill of landings, etc. I know this sounds nit-picky when looking at all of the company problems, but this is a major downfall when promoting this company.

I heard that rebranding was put on hold and they are in the process of getting new US DOT number to reflect the Cayman Islands as our new corporate address.

Id love to have a Cayman Islands Local Teamster jacket autographed by Bill Zollars
