I think alot of the yes voters will retire before the next contract- and the others will vote yes again after the scare tactics start and the junior members ( company people ) start popping up to tell us to vote yes or the company will be gone.
 
Five years is a long time to live under an unnecessarily concessional contract. I have to not think about it...
