Lies lies and more bulls#$& nobody at the top is quoting huh!! You must not get out much then again hearing all your blue koolaid advice you probably don't have many friends at your barn at mine were all close and care about each other beerfd just wants drag someone else into his world of hidden misery and couldn't get a job anywhere else that's why he stays till they fire him just like the next guy even his knee pads and blue koolaid and butt kissing will save unless maybe he gets a real good lean idea then maybe get by with a last chance agreemeent

Not sure where XPH is, but around here in the midwest, they just bumped the starting rate up to $15.00 an hour because they can't find or keep decent dock workers to save their life. XLA (the poop-hole of central territory) has gone through over 400 dock workers in the last year. Being worked like dogs and treated like ABSOLUTE GARBAGE by management has a good bit to do with it, too.

Don't listen to beerfudge either. He apparently kisses so much arse that he either has a super gravy run and never has to deal with the BS that most of us do, or he just likes being pooped on...

I dont know what goes on in the mid-west but it's just as bad in my barn down south on turnover , I think we have already gone thru about 35 guys this year and just last week they were looking to hire another 12 . This is absoultly crazy and quite unbelievable on the turnover at this company . And on a second note beerfd is not that bad ... He's just an individual who enjoys his job and not afraid to express his thoughts and convictions over his previous experiences at conway, although i do disagree with most of it as many of us do at least he's unafraid to stand on principal !

sorry it's not like that at all at our place. we like and all care about each other. we respect seniority and all get along.

And it's not about the qoutes and talking about..it's the facts that get blurred by all the bashing from the ex employees. People actually come here to get facts and all that stuff gets in the way..yeah, have your opinion, but a lot facts get left out. You want to drag everybody down to your misery level. I'm not miserable at all. I like my job, make a lot of money, and get bonus...do we want to go over that again..because I can if you want.

And btw, please leave your grade school comments out if you want to talk to me..or just don't qoute me or just leave me alone..that would be fine.

Well, I'm just all choked up convict, don't know what to say. This is a crazy place..that aint no lie, but just like any other place, got to get your time in. And just like somebody else said, watch the three ring circus nightly. I wonder how long this current president is going to last..should be getting the ax soon,,don't you think?

You can go back to talking bad about me now, it looks better with that screen name..:usa2:

Don't go getting all warm and fuzzy with feelings of joy ..., you are one guy that has stuck to your guns since day one on Conway and how you see the company that provides a check for your services and that's good because not to many people take pride in who they represent or the company they work for and that requires dedication and should warrant a little respect !
Other then that If when you want to enter the Dark Side and do a little Conway bashing I'm all for it .. So don't be expecting no dates in lda any time soon .

ours don't get uniforms, they did get a couple of t shirts. They have to follow the no logo rule, but otherwise mine wear street clothes.
