XPO | current employees only

Almost 18 years..done every bid position there is. Currently l/h, but will go back to the city one day...just so as to have a normal schedule.
 
8 years city for most few months here and there line haul now on a jostling bid! Small barn 30 drivers for first 7 years now at class 1 with 150 plus drivers.

28 years, 3 years city, 2 years inbound dock, 23 years linehaul, hoping for a severance package to leave this sinking ship early. If not 2+ years to go.

get a grip. The op had a good idea about sounding off, as a lot of former employees are spouting off. We're not tooting our horns.
 
18 plus years...been there, done that. Still here.........don't know why. My decision will be made the end of June for sure. We'll see then if the Con-Job slaps us in the face again. Maybe by then "lean" will be gone along with the smucks that bought into it.

35 years in the biz started out at a mom and pop deregulation took them out. 21 years at Conway. Retiring in May. Yes it was better in the early years.
