It did, but our terminal manager told our OS&D guy to let me pick out a shiny new one for hooking up off the clock.

what criticism to the TAW posting? I posted the link to the info you asked for.

What are you talkng about? I have never said company documents should not be posted? I post them all the time, so I have no idea what you are saying, there could be times where a document might contain someones personal information or has confidential information that competitors should not know.

But I have never said or implied that company memos should not be posted online, you must of not understood what you read.

You do remember the TAW?????? don't you??????

Well here's your chance to prove me wrong, which you always try to do but haven't yet done.

All you have to do is post the quote. If not then you failed again.

What is the difference of posting a memo or a company policy? I see no difference. You had no problem posting here, and then stated that the people who posted it on the brownave were not making the company happy by posting it?

The difference is only in your mind.

TAW is not a trade secret. In fact it is law in many states. You will always know when you are being screwed when the company won't give you information.

The members have rights and the company has no right, not to allow us to know the policy's it is trying to enforce and implement.

Do you defend the company's right not to tell the members about company policy in writing?

I have no idea what you are talking about, you asked where the info on the taw was, so I was trying to be helpful and I posted a link to where you could find the info you asked for, now you have it turned around to where I am against posting memos and I am defending the company's right not to tell the members about company policy in writing?

I asked you to show me where I said I was against posting company memos, so I could read what you are talking about, becuase I have no idea where you got that idea from. How about clear all of this up and just post the quote?

Is all of UPS Freight under a collective bargaining agreement yet?
Wouldn't all work rules be outlined in the contract? So is there certain rules UPS keeping secret? Wouldn't surprise me but I do know TAW and holiday pay is outlined in our contract. With ours you only had to work the day before or after. Not both. Is a different contract though.

You have to work the day before and the day after unless either day is your regular day off or you have a scheduled vacation or descretionary day scheduled. And no, allwork rules are not outlined in our contract . And no, not all terminals are under a CBA. There are at least 2 terms. on the East coast that are still non-union, Savannah and Waynesboro.
