:woot2: At the Elgin, ILL. terminal the TM was suspended & the Dock supervisor is behind bars for stealing TV's & other electronics. Maybe now they will get rid of that piece of **** TM & put somebody in there that cane treat people a lot better:kicking:

How bout a promotion to Regional Manager, will that work?
 
Wow thats pretty close to Chicago, might be a racket going around in there, those TM's and Regional Mgrs, in that area are kind of close...

I'm betting the others, have avoided them like the plague... Not everyone likes jail time.. So I would think the others have been told to keep their noses out of it..... Or end up in the same place...
 
I am guessing that the electronics they were stealing were being transported by Estes? One thing I can't stand is a thief, I work hard for my stuff and if I ever caught anyone trying to steal it I would be inclined to shoot to kill. Stealing from one's employer is even worse and if it's stealing from the employer's customers that just a plain old piece of trash that shouldn't even be on suspension. Jail, chain gang, prison farm or prison factory for a long long time would be the appropriate penalty.

don't be shocked if the shipper was in on the scam. freight is 'stolen' off the dock, shipper files claim, freight magically finds it way back to shipper, carrier pay's claim, shipper re-ships at latter date the 'stolen' freight. it's a double-win for shipper.

Now you're getting into conspiracy and other criminal activities. I know that this is not Eden but I would be surprised if it was that involved.

think it's deeper than those 2. Major slow down all of a sudden? Central Corporate could be diverting freight around elsewhere???? Conspiracy but possible

Right, too many things would have to come together for that to happen.. Thieves don't like too much time between things, it increases their chances of getting caught....
 
I wouldn't take that job, for no amount of money...... Been an AM and a PM Supervisor, don't even want that back.... Too much politics played in the game these days...
