I finally made the jump from p & d driver to a line driver...we have a lot of work in deep south Texas...freight is falling off the dock...but I'm at the point in my life if I get two or three runs a week I will be satisfied. I had to do it because I am getting old and my back needs the rest. Here I go to a new position....but then again I have done this before in another job....hope it works out for me...
 
Welcome to linehaul. You should find that by and large we are a much better group of people. Hoping that you don't get too many shuttles.
 
What the hell is a "Line Driver"???? We have "City Driver's" and "Road Drivers". What else is there???? Oh wait, there's RC, he's in a class by himself...

My bad...road driver...line driver whatever you want to call it....sorry but that is what we call them where I used to work...no matter I made the switch...

And yet you guzzle the koolaid more than anyone. Proof? you hated Viking with a passion. Complained constantly. Every employee meeting you whined. And you "hate" fedex.
