Why not shut the AC off in the office ? Are they any better than U ?

Accountability! Someone was responsible for securing that drum and they failed. Now they will be held accountable only because of the degree of damage. But it's so hard to track down the proper worker who failed because many service centers claim that all freight coming in is previously damaged by the prior service center to protect their butts. Which unfairly puts the previous dock worker in the doghouse for damaged freight that was never damaged by him/her.
