So thank all the yes votes for this one. Its been in the works for two years now.No shareholder value so forget about the stock price it will be wiped out its a mute point. The bond holders know this. So now what they have done with this company is they dont have to answer to anyone. 75% to bond 22% teamsters 3% gets shafted.Companywide we ran a 107 last month so all the frieght were moving not making money on. We now have a 401k in the west that was shoved down us. And pay the funds every where else. did i say 107 o r. So where not making money hauling frieght for free. back pension monies owed in 2015. wtf 2015 If you cant make money now what good is 2015. love this was told we get full pension in 2016 i laughed my BA right out of the room. I stay out and get my 60 on the street everyday you should also. on that note we now have to run a 93 or to make money this month. This company is a joke.....

Everyone involved with this company is getting the shaft, except the top brass and the onion getting their last penny squeezed out of the members pocket in monthly blackmail.
The employees own nothing in the company with the fiat stock, the latest bagholders will be the new owners in reality.
July 4th will be the tell all, bk and save millions on holiday pay and 9 million avoiding the pension payment. If they do make it perhaps they'll go to the end of the year before the next crisis.
All bets are off if the economy keeps tanking. But the big zero isn't worried, hes got his. I'd love to see Palin debate zero. Can't stand rommknob. Although I'd let him get me coffee!

I was always taught you had to make a profit(over 4 years and counting)to stay in business and sooner or later sucking off the employee teat you would eventually run out of cream. How long could you live in your basement studio if you didn't make a profit from your kool-aid stand!

The answer today is the same as it was back in 2008. The company's fortunes are tied to the economy. The concessions were designed to see us through to a better economy. If the economy is not doing well, then don't expect to see good numbers from YRCW.
You guys seem to think that the concessions are supposed to put us back in black all by themselves--wrong.
The only thing that has surprised me this year is that there hasn't been another concession vote. I was anticipating a vote on putting off all pension contributions (the 25%) until 2015. I was ready to vote YES on that. I wouldn't be surprised if we vote on a health and welfare cut somewhere down the road--YES on that too.
The company still has one big trick it can pull to stay afloat until better economic times--absorbing one or more of the regionals into YRC. I can see that happening if the economy remains sluggish.
Save all the bankruptcy talk fellas. Some of you, like Turboj, have been making lame predictions about bankruptcy for years--years I tell you!
