No place is perfect, but I gotta tell you what, I was very impressed by a small gesture that OD made to me this past week. I checked the mail the other day and what did I find but two cards, one for my anniversary with the company (hand signed by David Congdon) and a birthday card signed by Earl Congdon. They didn't have a personalized note or my name on them, but the fact that both men signed these cards in pen, and it wasn't some secretary signing (obviously men's signatures on the cards) for him meant a lot to me. There wasn't a stack of money in the cards or a gift card or anything like that, but the fact that both men who I'm sure are quite busy took a couple of seconds out of their day to sign a card for me shows me that this place really does care about it's employees.

And they are sign'd by them..Ask JimBob.I was told several's year's ago that they tried to just get a stamp for Earl&he say's no.When he come's in to the office he sit's down & sign's card's.That would be a full time job..

One day your card could be signed by "the legend".

Give me your address song, I could sign it also. You wouldn't be able to read kenneth's signature in crayon :D :D :D :D

But I agree with you on your original post, it's always a nice gesture to receive these in the mail.
