Cause to not sign a card in public...some drivers have tagets on their backs for more years then your working here..get the appropriate amount of signatures and take it to a vote. A secret ballot vote and see what happens..I have a felling they might vote yes ..But if a Douche Bag like you keeps calling them COWARDS .maybe they'll vote no...mind your tongue. Lol. To quote a douche bag! I also don't believe I called all the guys who didn't sign cards cowards. To be clear I was referring to the handful of guys running around telling lies and saying things like the terminal will shut done or we are gonna lose our jobs. BTW I have no clue who William Wallace is so I'm not insulted by that. Also if I'm a douche bag for standing up for what's right and actually fighting for something I believe in then I will wear the douche bag title as a badge of honor. Your issues aren't with me bro they are with management and you are falling into their plan of divide and conquer. Get it together!
Regardless of your opinion of me if we are on the same side I will still fight for you rights the same as I would for someone who doesn't think I'm a douche bag.

In all fairness after rereading what you wrote I honestly will take what you said under advisement. Point taken.

Jeep you called a rat a douche bag a ***** and a all new I'm a coward now...its ok you can spread your opinion...but if say my opinion I'm a rat a douche bag a ***** and a all new I'm a coward now...you used my name here (not cool would never do that)...might have been a smart ass with my remarks (wonder why?)...driving since 1988 (11yrs with union)..I sit back and see 3 terminals out of 300 plus terminals want to go union with a GIANT COMPANY LIKE FEDEX you guys don't have the numbers...you bring this heat to my terminal, now me and my family have to pay for your actions (union talks) when you never had a leg to stand on...my terminal is over hiring 80 plus drivers (we only have 60 plus now)...now my hours will be cut with union talks, with that said I have to find new job or a second job...thanks Jeep PS rat douche bag ***** coward

What local Teamsters number you belong to?
And what joint council number your local belong to?
Just curious to know your answer.
 
Teamsters local 584 NYC union milk wagon union haagen dasz they closed plant out of woodbridge nj...great job...

If your were a teamster member, no union fee to start, you must have your withdraw card, right!
Priority to hired is an ex-teamsters member, why not continue adding into your years of service with the Teamsters?
