FedEx Freight | Cinnaminson N.J. These Brothers are from our Cinnaminson NJ Terminal.

JJ I did not sign a card...i am far from a coward...i am one of the most vocal drivers at CIN...in meetings not on the dock or at the Wawa parking lot. i have not decided where i stand on all of this but i listen to all of it with an open mind i dont look down on anyone for their opinion. we all have reasons for our choices and views. At the end of the day if the vote goes yes or no we only have each other to count on.That is what being brothers is all about... my name on a card means nothing if i vote no. me not taking a picture in front of a symbol does not define me or my views or my courage. The guys in that picture are the safest guys in that building because they can site payback if they are fired. At the end of the day my vote will be made based on facts not emotion...or threats of centers being closed. I am not looking to start trouble with anyone here. we are all adults and we have people who rely on us to provide for them. I have had many guys ask my opinion about this and my answer is the same. Get informed. Dont let others views influence your choice. Do what you feel is right for you and in the end this will all work itself out the way it is meant to be. stay strong in your beliefs and be yourself not what others think you should be
 
I'm not sure why certain words in my post are blue but only entered them normally not in bold or anything else. Just clearing that up. Lol

Gotcha loud and clear bro!
I will admit I get a little aggressive with my statements because I believe in this so strongly and I've been attacked for my views quite often lately. I do believe we can get this done and it doesn't have to get ugly. Since this has started I have been harassed both public ally and privately and constantly under attack. It doesn't scare me or change my mind however it does cause me to get a quite defensive I will admit. Most people woulda went to the cops by now but I'm not gonna. Emotions run high and we all still have to work together now and in the future and we all have mouths to feed and bills to pay. I have stated before and will again. I admit I should chose my words more wisely and not make blanket statements when I am actually just speaking to a select few.

Don't worry bro, we're all in this together and we're all emotional right now. These are life changing times we're going through. And the way I see it for the better. Keep it up.
 
No worries JJ I understand the emotion and I am sorry that those people feel it is justified to attack your life. No matter the outcome of this vote we are in this together. There are always times when emotions and feelings take away our ability to be objective. Just stay strong in what you believe. At the end of the day that strength will see you through the hardest of times. Like I said I will make my choice on facts not name calling or threats. Unless my wife tells me to vote no then all facts go out the window... Lol. Sorry felt the need to inject some humor in this post. Just know that when guys make it personal a lot of guys who may not agree with your views will have your back. If you have put yourself out there as one of the faces of this movement and people take cheap shots at you it just means they have no substance to attack you with... Only hollow angry words. Don't worry... We be cool.
 
i can see whats coming , do i want to give up 4 weeks vaca...NO!...do i want to give up where i sit on list..NO!..i will stay under 70hr rule and will report it to the company...it is what it is...

I was being dead serious. You have to get a second job approved by FedEx before you're allowed to start working there. It's part of their terms of employment dude.

How are u able to tuck those button up company shirts in!? all of em are made short...like a tutu skirt. I hate those shirts....it's like they designed those shirts to make us look like fools or something.....
