For those of you that think it's just 3 terminals, this will be our 2nd meeting, we had 3 drivers last week out of 35. This meeting we are going to have 12 drivers. It's a small barn only have 40 doors but we do have hub, wish us luck.:1036316054:

Great NEWS. Keep your head held high! Remember too, this is a process, not an event. Patience, education, and persistence will prevail.

I try to talk to at least one guy per day. Every day.
 
Ya go union! Everything will be so much better and every driver will have your back and your terminal manager will greet you with a hug at the gate every day, and there will be no more write ups and you probably won't even have to fill paperwork out anymore. It will be great!
 
Thank men like this for scorecard reversal wage increase and several policy changes!

Heard it from a tm myself stating they are changing policies due to bad feedback from drivers and lots of terminals pentioning for Union representation. They fear it will spread to more and more terminals.

Bring it up in the break room... Let be known and of course what websites and places they can further educate them self's
 
We got our foot on gas not letting up or quitting till this gets done. I work with a bunch of good guys, who don't have much time left before they retire but they want to make sure us younger guys have a better looking future.
