Look BEGINNING at Page 498. That is the Exhibit 10.11 that the SEC form alludes to. My point is: don't just "snipe". Get informed; that will scare the %$#@ out of the "talking heads".

You'll have to wade through a lot of legalese. He said beginning on page 498. Triggering events are identified and so are the consequences, both good and bad.
