Only 2 choices really. Accept things as they are and accept the direction we've been going OR do something to change it...

Many here have already made up their mind. Some are still struggling to decide. IMHO, only one choice has ANY CHANCE of success. But each individual must come to terms with that reality on their own.

I talk with many of these "trolls" on a daily basis and have met a few personally because of this campaign. The one's that are pro-union and don't work here have stated time and again.

This type of hogwash is the equivalent of the pro-union guys calling someone with a differed opinion a "red shirt". Maybe you don't have the support or even a need for a union at your terminal. Good for you, we don't and we plan to alleviate the situation.

You guys need to calm down and quit being so damn paranoid, your imaginations are getting the best of you.
 
Going back to something that was said earlier about me helping other people with their situations if they come up...I do help guys at my yard that need help with something...I tell them how to state their opinions and how to word things on their reports and it has helped a couple.I'm all for helping other drivers...I also have helped drivers get out of tickets...Since I have transferred to line haul back in 2011 I have gotten 4 speeding tickets and one Impeding the flow of traffic...all the speeding tickets have been cleared of my record except for the impeding ticket..So i'm like the helpful honda guy at work!

I had a valid reason for that post....when that someone leaves SAC at 9 and gets to FRO at 2:30 holding up about 10 drivers cause he wants to his time....yeah you would be pissed when it was happening every night! Other SAC drivers that left after him were showing up an hour before him!

yes if hes a lazy a-- and then he or she should get in trouble. but if if he get's there by his secudule time nothing you can say. yes I have been pissed also and had people pissed at me, but remember the aloted time af/fedex gives you is the time you're suppose to get to your destination. if you get there on time your fine if not hack yea you should get in trouble.i don't know how long it takes to get from sac to fro, but if they are taking longer then permitted then yes they deserve to be wrote up fired or what ever. we are not wanting a union to be lazy we wan't 1 for job sercurity for the one's that do there jobs like we know we are suppose to do. we are tired of all the rule changes and before anybody say's anything YES A CONTRACT WILL HELP. ME AND MANY MORE WILL AGREE. how many time's have you showed up for work and are not ready for dispatch? or they dispatch you 5 min. after your show up and you were late out the gate. what do they say oh will you make cut time for me or what happened why were you late always your fought.don't get your panties in and uproar cause someone is getting there later then you want them to. if they are late past their schedual arrivial then say something to central or home office let them look into it. just cause 1 guy ruins your life don't take it out on the rest of us that like to get from point a to b back to a as quickly as possible.
 
he's a red shirt not a driver I am a road driver first with Watkins national now freight it has gone from good with watkins to ok with national to unbearable with freight just remember one thing the only reason fedex droped the point system and the write ups for motors running and seat belt in the truck and we got the big raise is because of the teamsters funny we didn't have a company pinic in the 7 years here at fedex now we do

Get real, bud. Yes, you put the first letter of his last name, along with his first name. At that time SAC had fewer than 25 road drivers.
Not very hard to figure out who you were talking about.
So yes, you did out him by name.

4 Speeding tickets since 2011. You sound like your very set on speeding. Figured you would have learned from the first ticket. Looks like your the guy that could get to the other center 15mins faster then the average driver. Your probably weaving in and out of traffic with your set.
