FedEx Freight | Union question...

I reported all the tickets and fought all tickets..didn't use a lawyer just did trials by declaration! I'm friends with a chp officer..he gave me some insight on how chp officers are and so forth and lets say that I know how to act and treat officers in my favor! BTW this company knows when you get tickets..we had a guy in my yard not report a ticket...he thought he would report it after he took it to court and fought it and waited to see the out come of it...well the company found out about it and put him on suspension!

With that many tickets you obviously have a problem. You most likely drive your truck the same way you drive your car. They created the score card for people like you. If you didn't beat those tickets you would be gone already. You need this movement so the score card dosent return. Without representation it will return and you speed racer cant afford to lose your job!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I wouldn't be gone if the score card system was here and I still had all those tickets. Do the math Einstein....3 points for every ticket...I would be at 15 but at this time 2 would have fallen off so 9 points...all I have right now is 3 for a impeding with the flow of traffic ticket if the score card was still in place! And don't even talk about my driving...I know drivers who got tickets for doing 60 so you don't know how I was driving at the time when I got my tickets! Typical union troll thinking...opens his mouth without knowing the facts!

I know how your were driving.. You were speeding by your own admission. 4 tickets in last 3 years. That tells me your not a safe driver. And I work here and im a safe driver. Im not the one who had to go to court 5 times for vehicle related offenses.

Argue that your a great asset to this company. Your a liability . Who has a cdl and dosent drive to protect it. One speeding ticket would be understandable but you have a cronic problem. And I really don't understand how you are not for the union living in southern Cali.
 
I'm sure you drive 55 all the time..Most of my tickets were for going 60-61 MPH when I had my cruise set for 59. I have seen first hand drivers who only do 59 mph and I'm behind them doing the same speed and they get pulled over for and the officer saying they were doing 62! You know we get pulled over for just for CHP S and giggles. Two tickets I did recieve were not my fault. Two times I got pulled over when I was doing 58-60 mph and some non patient driver behind wants to go faster and passes me on the right but I'm the one getting pulled over saying I was going faster. So there is two tickets...now the other two since you want my driving history....I was doing 60-62 and got pulled over. the other ticket for impeding with the flow of traffic was because I parked on the side of the highway and got ticketed for that cause I stopped to use a restroom in a store. I have been in this industry for over 20 years...done all sorts of driving jobs from towing to hauling construction equipment. I did have a union job before and it left a very bad taste in my mouth and swore never to be union again!
 
WHAT HAND BOOK.We don't have one.It's all on the computer,I would love to hold a driver hand book in my hand.

Ahh got him figured out now,he was/is such a bad driver at the union job he got fired and of couse "it wasn't my fault" got pulled over cause somebody passed on the right sounds like a lane restrriction violation and only doing 58-60 in what a 55 zone? ok nuff said
