What's going to happen When a non union driver goes in to a union terminal. Are the union thugs going to brow beat a non union driver. Pull his fifth wheel pin ( to teach him a lesson). Cut his tires cut his glad hands. And don't tell me this stuff doesn't happen because I have seen it done. Union goons going to non union drivers homes ( to visit ). You young guys have know idea what the union clowns can and will do. Be very careful what you ask for you may just get it.
 
Why yes it is a serious question. Evidently you never been some where. where the unions run everything and your not a union member.

I highly doubt you or anyone you know has seen this, unless of course you were the one doing it.
 
In 35 years of trucking yes I have seen it done. And No I was not the one doing it. I have known drivers that had bowling balls and cider blocks dropped of over passes to because they crossed a picket line.

I have been driving since 1986 and I have never seen it done, or even heard of it

1st off FedEx will NOT allow the revenue to stop, by stalling negotiations to that point, soo No Strike, No Picket line, No nightmare scenarios.

Also, are you calling your current coworkers "thugs"? I ask, because those will be the new Teamsters that your original post asked about. The union centers will have a contract at some point and the non union centers won't, perhaps. We'll probably have a little sympathy for you, actually, since you say you'll be coming from a non union center... Possibly through no fault of your own. Just know, you'll have a chance to secure the votes and join the ranks, after one a year (I think it is), if your vote had failed.

If you were one of those union goons or thugs as you put it you would have been retired years ago with a good pension....
 
Are you serious? The only fear the non union should have is their loss of job security and self respect. Rest assured management will still bend you over.
 
Do you really think that is what we are going to do? And thanks for labeling myself and many others thugs because we support the union. While I can't speak for everybody, I am fairly sure most if not all of us have NO interest in that nonsense. And for the record, anybody that does participate in the thuggery deserves to be shown the door. We are unionizing to make our jobs and working conditions BETTER. Any of that ridiculous animosity is unwarranted on both sides. I am not going to hold it against anyone that isn't union or didn't vote for it. But I can stop by your house. Say in 20 years or so to gratefully accept that union pension you clearly don't want any part of now. Donations always welcome.
