Please read very carefully ... attention to the guys who are pushing the union movement .. the guys that are disagreeing with you are not management ... it is getting old with the back door name calling ... if you want to debate it .. fine .. continue with the name calling .... and I will deal with it accordingly.
Pot stirring from visitors will not be tolerated also .. believe when I tell you this .. I know.
 
Who is pot stirring. Change needs to happen when I started highest paid no premium for insurance cookouts picnics christmas parties all gone what next im not stirring I truly believe this needs to happen we can't let columbus ohio stand alone im not willin to throw away my ten years or throw my fellow employees under the bus

when people are totally against the union as everyone can see you are there is no discussing it with you. Personally I feel it would vote in quickly in birmingham and would overall be a good thing for all the employees.
