I heard....


a 4 wheeler (van) hits a guardrail and is thrown back into the lane of travel, stopped with no lights
1 driver stops safely on shoulder to call 911
2nd driver comes up on disabled vehicle, swerves to avoid and rolls tractor and front box and it slides into 1st driver on shoulder calling 911

Drivers were NOT running together
 
Officers say charges are pending against the driver of the van.

There are no details yet on why he lost control while driving. Officers say drugs and alcohol are not a factor.
