I'm throwing this up for discussion.
Used to be, everyone else was used as a stepping stone to get to Sysco, these days WE are the stepping stone, no one wants to work here, other guys with experience laugh in our face if we try and recruit them.
Seems all we can hire are guys that we have to train how to drive or guys that have no foodservice experience, or guys that don't know any better and quit under a load, this place isn't starting to suck, it does suck, I believe we are bottom feeders, I was so grateful when I got hired here, things went down hill pretty quick though, I guess its greed on the part of the company, butchering our incentive pay was the first mistake. Guys that are good and hustle don't want to be here because its pointless to move fast and get home, unless your a golden child, (we have 2 in this state), then your not gonna make **** unless you drag it out!!!!
Sorry Sysco, I'm not here to give you flowers, you earned your ****ty rep, I wanted to retire here but I don't believe I will.
Anyone else have any thoughts on this subject?
