FedEx Freight | UPS shooting

This is troubling, but not surprising. Everyone has a breaking point and workplace violence is a real possibility. People just want to be treated right. While we don't know the full story, rest assured this employee felt he was wronged and though this would right it.

If he had been wrongfully terminated he could have gotten a lawyer and sued / got his job back w/ back pay. Would have been a lot better option. This guy was a nut case. God bless the 2 who lost their lives because of this scumbag!

Pastor said UPS shooter Kerry Joe Tesney was 'having problems' with work and finances | WJLA.com

UPS spokesman Steve Gaut would not say what Tesney's job duties had been before his firing was finalized Monday.
Police said Tesney had gotten that final notice in the mail.
Court records showed a Birmingham business sued Tesney and UPS in 2010 claiming he had wrongly picked up a $4,000 radiator for shipment either intentionally or by mistake. The lawsuit went on for years before a judge ruled in favor of Tesney and the shipping company exactly one year ago — Sept. 23, 2013

Such sad times we are living in....one never knows when he or she will leave their home in the morning or night and never see their family again whatever the circumstances. We all value our jobs as a way to take care of our families and this man obviously valued his. The victims and his family are in my thoughts today.
