TForce | Shooting At UPS Facility in Alabama

I never endorse violence at work, but after working at UPS in Colorado and having to deal with the games management plays with your livelihood, I can understand someone going off the deep end. UPS management takes xxxx with you to an entirely unacceptable level.

No Ice rider, as bad as a company can be to people , Violence and killing is never an option.

I wonder what set the guy off? I know he was fired, but I wonder what for? Hopefully there is something to be learned from such a tragedy.

Sorry to say this can happen anywhere Gents. I keep my head on a swivel at all times at Customers. You never know who just got canned.

This guy was probably dealing with enhanced depression from having just lost his job. His whole world was crashing down around him and he lost it. Still would be interested to see what exactly UPS said he did to deserve a termination knowing some of them he probably showed up late to work 1 too many times or something equally as stupid
