Yellow | Major shareholder Carlyle Group offloads entire YRC stake

Just so the biggest shareholder Marc Lasry and his Avenue Capital cronies over at the Ghostbuters Penthouse in NYC hang onto their shares!
 
CLUE , big investment groups don't just dump a big holding like this without a reason ??? thinking they saw the ponzi numbers game yrc is playing with them ???
 
The Carlyle Group held some of the loan notes, in January they agreed to accept x number of stock shares(new shares fresh off the printing press) in exchange for the loan notes.
The stock price has gone up since they were issued and Carlyle decided to sell and take their profit.

Conspiracy? The secret is to just sell for more than you paid. Very simple. Who cares what the actual dollar number is as long as the sell number is above the buy number.

PS - Check out the GAIN in YRCW price today even with the overall market getting hit again.
