its almost winter don't ya now.................................... time for the yearly workers comp people.................... so they can have the winter off............................ sadly they do need some one to catch the fraud because there are members that lack..... morals........... values.......... integrity............honesty and smarts

This is just another version of blame the employee. Sure there may be abuse, but the psychological benefit of turning brothers and sisters against each other is the real payday for the Evil Empire.

A simple Google search turned up an interesting number . . . 3% of the nationwide Worker Compensation claims are flagged for further investigation. The link showed investigators videoed just two WC fraud cases out of approximately 3,000,000 WC claims filed annually.

Sounds like "investigators" have things well in hand and they don't need my help policing WC claims.

>>>> Think this psychological BS though and not just blindly allow them to spoon feed you information. This false flag operation is ONLY about turning us against each other nothing else. <<<<

well it is that time of the year for the same few to get hurt and go see Dr. Winteroff !!!!

Reading this article" an investigator trashes a persons lawn to tape the person cleaning it up" If the investigator gets caught trashing the wrong persons lawn
does the whooping he gets serve as proof of a person committing WC fraud? :hysterical:

I know a guy who was out on WC and the investigator was watching him.. He caught him sleeping in his car and sprayed Great Stuff in his tailpipe... He set there for about 2 more hours and that stuff got hard.. He made it about a mile down the road..

The guy was going to his doctors appointment and seen him on the side of the road and stopped and told him "Hope you can find a ride to town.. You don't want to be caught out here in the woods after dark"... LMAO.. Funniest thing I ever witnessed...

my personal experience in the last 6 months: mailbox door down and mail blowing up and down the street,(lasted 4 days), about 40 roofing nails thrown across the end of my driveway. pi set up one morning in tahoe at the end of my neighbors drive.Had a blast screwing with him, called my brother who parked at my neighbors on another street, I set him up with a helmet, dark glasses, had him jump on my kids wide glide, you should have seen the pi try and catch him, best part is my brother took the guy around the block and back by my house , i took a pic of the looser, he never came back.

I don't work nor do I live in Minnesota, but all states should have their work comp laws. In Minnesota if you have a injury to one of your 360 joints at work or at home it's Workmans compensation because of the occupation we are in. It's a pre-existing condition if it happens at home. Thanks to the occupation we all fell into.
