I am patiently wait to see who is the next to vote... other terminals that are within my grasp are waiting to see the next action.... there are alot of unhappy and not so sure fellow employees that are not brave enough to run the gauntlet ...

You are in the Midwest right? We have too many older drivers that are upset , but don't/won't rock the boat. They make good money , have good bids/runs , and to be honest they get treated OK by local management.

This type of driver has enjoyed enough of the old Con-way that they won't stick their neck out against the new Con-way. These guys are close enough to the end of their career that they don't have the fight in them that it would take to make things more reasonable for newer drivers and ones that are about to retire.

I don't blame them , but I see them everyday.

Yep. Midwest. XML

There's others in the works. But too many new drivers from central freight. They came from a bad company, and are tickled pink to be at Conway. We don't have the numbers yet to pursue it further, but we're working on it.

Sorry to jump in, but Chicagoland is supposed to be a Teamster town. What's happening? Laredo helped bust the door down. Unless everything is hush hush.
You don't see any anti-union UPSF guys crying anymore. They cried so hard about paying dues but they now know, they are more secure now and the dues are deductable.
I'm only interested in the Midwest because of what happened last time.

That's what I thought about some of the older and senior drivers at our barn and was completely wrong. Absolutely unbelievable how many have turned in their uniforms and from what we're hearing, it's not over yet.
