FedEx Freight | NHS vote put on hold

I think it was a great decision. When the vote comes itll be an overwhelming yes, imo. Very good decision by or 4 the guys whove been working for a yes. I had concerns about the politics going on and its too important to take any unnecessary risks.

I will debate you any damned day because you just like to pop off and not answer anything, so to start it off, how has the union LIED to YOU? You never did answer that one.

Tell me how the Teamster have nothing to do with organized crime.... Still waiting...

if the company gets so many ulp's filed against them, the nlrb can automatically certify the union, iirc. it happened at us foods in az a few years ago. fedex doesnt just get to make up their own rules, and they cant stand it.

Look guys you know the anti crowd is gonna wear us out! They are gonna say what they are gonna say! Let them speculate all they want! NHS get the issues resolved and get it done in May! Nashville has your back and hopefully we will get our vote in early December!
wouldn't be surprised if legal team members aren't posing as truck drivers on boards.... They will pull anything possible...

I call BS you did not have the votes and want some small end of the line centers to take the heat. You fought so hard for this day and then backed out because you did not have the votes and want us to believe the big bad red shirts scared the day before Halloween

You miss the point as to possibly why. I'm not there, so I don't know what went down. We heard things about CIN, as well as NHS. CIN went forward despite the allegations, and lost. We still don't know all the facts, only those there know for sure. NHS has decided to call a time out to challenge. 6 months is not a huge amount of time considering the scope of this effort.

I'm not saying you're wrong about the basic fact on the numbers, but I doubt the "redshirts" scared these guys. There is always more to the story. The guys at NHS obviously had a difficult decision to make. I'm not about to second guess them. One battle has been delayed, not necessarily lost.

Watkins sold you down the river just like the Teamsters.. Your butt really must hurt... Time for new mug.. Did you enjoy your week off ??
Nobody was sold down river. We come to WIN and that should be the kind of representation guys want. If there were illegal activities s or anything which compromised the vote and could delay a contract longer, the also represented well.

Another side note is that Governor Corbett may be voted out November 4. Friend of Fred most probably.
Maybe he pulled strings to put it to the point of " holding ballots locked untlil charges are dealt with. Ya never know.

The truth is out there!

Tell me how the Teamsters have "anything: to do with organized crime?.... Still waiting. If organized crime was still involved you wouldn't have to worry about votes it would be a done deal.

Brunswick is gonna announce in the AM vote is off intil further notice. CGT canceled all union meetings until further notice and have removed all union signs from personal vehicles

So, how do you explain the fact that SBR not only voted today but voted the union IN????? I imagine your view on what CGT is doing is probably BS too..... you have no credibility when you lie like that, you do know that right?

You are quick to point out about corruption within teamsters, but let's get honest here. Daily, on the news, you hear of elected, appointed officials being brought up on charges. Constantly in the news, someone embezzled millions at this or that company. It's rampant. However, slowly those issues get adressed. To give an implied message that the union is all bad, you are wrong. There is good and bad in all. What fedex has dished out is unfair. To degrade and abuse the workforce is wrong. And it will get worse I'm sure. Ironically they quote overnight tragedy, however, they themselves, are recreating the same scenario. All by their own doing, not ours. I imagine we will see more so called trolls as they do what they feel they must do. All in the name of a valuable employees. I didn't start out a pro union wannabe. .they brought me, and many others, to this point.
