meeting in clt yesterday,box after box of dunkin donuts& coffee.then they show us parts of the overnite doc.well only the bloody and gun shot parts.HR guy from Dallas said this is worst case scenario.

This is why I tell drivers at my center to not discuss with management what our complaints are. I understand being cordial and all, but it can and will be used as ammo to bust the union. I am here to win. Our demands will be met at the negotiating table. Let this be a lesson to all centers coming up to vote.

Couldn't agree with you more.. For the must part it's the non pro guys speaking out at the meeting. Something sitting in for more then one meeting saying and asking the same questions.
Why is the HR guy from Dallas in Charlotte? He can't possibly cover that much area for the company. That's two different regions.

No he doesn't. He's been hand selected by the company to scare us all. He supposedly worked for Overnite. We have guy in house and a regional person in Atlanta.

through my sugar coma he said he worked for overnite during strike.so far same reaction in all meetings,silence followed by one guy proclaiming how good FedEx is to work for, and we don't need the union.each guy proclaiming his love for FedEx came off a little rehearsed.company good, union bad.
to my understandin.The Overnite/UPSF documentary made by HBO is copy writed...and that the HBO people had a cease order from using it....The number you should call if you were shown that video or parts there of was posted on " Change FedEx to Win.com " and also " Bring Teamsters to FedEx Freight on face book " it will be archived by now as they update constantly.

With Fedex's legal team you think they are infringing on copyright laws. .. yeah right and let's all save our pull tabs and cure cancer.....sheech....!! ... Some People....
So the HR guy from Dallas is being pimped outside of his region to scare us into voting no. Next time he pops up in a meeting the question needs to be asked of him or the supervisors, why is he really there? They can't lie to us so let's see how they handle this. As a matter of fact I think all centers with activity should ask why the Dallas guy was in CLT addressing them right before a vote.
