"On 10 November each year, wherever we are, we pause to celebrate the anniversary of our Corps, and reflect on who we are, what we do and why we do it."
— Gen. Joseph F. Dunford, 36th Commandant of the Marine Corps

Great flic---was with VMFA 451 and VMFA 122 '73 '76

Watch post # 3 again and count how many mistakes you can find in the video. Was VMFA-122 also at Beaufort? I left in 1973.

I prob passed you at the main gate, you leaving and me checking in. 122 was there about '75, spent my last 6 mo with them before EAS. Was the
crusaders but had to change name and tail to appease some asshats who claimed it would offend muslims during the war. VMFA 251 with Navy on the side and I don't recall the star ensignia under the wing tips also no lock on tone for the radar. Sent a lot of FNG's to Trip Trey for 50 ft of flight line,a rivit removal dimple tool, can of leading edge wing wax

Ahh thats great... Flight line actually got me because I was 8th Engineers and we had Ribbon Bridges and MkII Bridge Erection Boats, but that only worked after they tried to send me for an 'Eye Dee Ten TEE' (spell it) form and some Bravo Alpha ElevenHundred November Sierras.... Payed it back a few years later when I was a Mech sending guys out for Spark Plugs for Diesel engines and my personal favorite that still works... blinker fluid.

Shrimp or Fries ladies, Im not late, just AWOL!
