I don't know who the authors are, but have been assured they are local Conway supervisory or managerial employees and that these FB posts are recent.
A few posts may be from drivers. Not sure of their order and they appear to be incomplete but you will get the jest of it. LOL,I do know of a couple of malcontents that will eat this up....for the wrong reasons.

I do not think as a "leader" and a person in a position of higher responsibility I would go on social media and call my co-workers and subordinates a dumbxxx, or worthless or share my political views...and then chastise them for having a different opinion.
The idea is to try and understand why people think the way they do not try to change the way they think...
Upper management should be ashamed that these individuals have gotten lost in the shuffle...there is a responsibility to train, develop and allow to grow...and follow up.

When asked why Yellow is experiencing such struggles, we hear that it's because their operations are too structured and that they have no flexibility. That's what our leaders tell us, so it must be true. Besides, our leaders told us they tell only the truth - and NOBODY lies after that. If they did, we would have anarchy and then someone might step on a crack and break their mother's back......or something.

Oh, they are legally bound to tell the truth and the Supreme Court has ruled that the union is allowed to tell lies. We know this to be true because it was told to us. Anybody that sez different is a liar liar!

YRC is like an injured person trying to learn how to walk again.. I think they are taking small steps to regain what they lost..I think that has a lot to do with Wall Street numbers.. I can be sympathetic to those structures, if they continue to walk.. Eventually, with the right people in place, they'll walk again.. Remember how many times we've heard over the years, "Oh, Yellow is going under"? Well, we found out why they haven't, the strength of the people... And YRC had companies like FedEX, Conway, Estes and few more come in and try to kill them, and they are still here... I mean, ya gotta give credit where credit is due, they're still going...

Remeber unions don't make decisions for the co. Management and CEOs do. So what ever happens to the company my fellow brainwashed old timers it's not the unions doing!!! Poor decisions from upper management is to blame while they still get 6 figures and bonuses your pay decreases.

I'll take the "old timer" thing, but "brainwashed" is where I draw the line....LOL

Most definitely not our fault that YRC has had problems.We THE PEOPLE at YRC have given back to help a company stay open.We may be union but we are people.Hardworking people just like your people are at your company.

I am am kinda glad they did fire this personnel supervisor, we now have the freedom to not have to follow it and now have the 1st amendment of the constitution as our giude line. I always have believed in speaking your mind and saying what's in your heart.

Just as my old Regional Manager trangretions and the company not acting on it gave us the freedom to pick up hookers in company equipment, get arrested and keep our jobs as long as we are on lunch. Abe's out burst and attacks will do the same. Thank you for all you have done.

I will probably be suspended in the morning so I am glad I ordered my 20 year award tonight. God bless America.

You might be suprised at some of the things that have slipped through the cracks for some of the elite...
