Yellow | is 205 the buffalo terminal operating at all or completely shut down for the week?

UPDATE I-90 THRUWAY CLOSED BETWEEN EXITS 46-61

Due to severe weather, the Thruway is closed IN BOTH DIRECTIONS between Exit 46, Rochester, and Exit 61, Ripley. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.

I have been running Rochester by way of interstate 86 to 390 all week out of Erie.....it's an extra 70 miles one way

I used to Jamestown/ Falconer years ago on the old 17 which I'd now 86 .It sucked in the winter time and I once got stuck in the doubles compound in Ripley in 3 feet of snow, Don't miss the days.
 
i live in WNY, and this snow is insane. my TM at holland called me up and said he would have work, but its illegal for me to go out on the roads. 6 feet 5 inches of snow over in the Lancaster/West Seneca area..... they are having the guys that can make it in go up to rt 31, in lockport, head east to Rochester, and circle arou.d on the 390 and 86. what a pain...prolly make cleveland in 8-9 hours, if your lucky.....

im 30, so im the perfect age to check them both out...and then get the cold shoulder from my wife for the rest of the nite, hahaha...

I have friends in Buffalo and they sent the wife and me some pics two days ago and the snow was 3 feet up a light pole.. Poor people... But they make do.. It just when they plow, they leave it for so long before doing anything with the snow... There should be someone invent a "snow recycle machine".. Melt it and tank it for water for cattle and such...

I don't know BB, you got some way under aged kids out there that look they are 21, better watch it.... There was one girl in my daughters 10th grade orchestra that I thought was the teacher.. I made a comment and my daughter called me a pervert... I had to apologize.... Hell, I didn't know.... My bad...
