It appears we have quite a few "Drive-By Card Signers" amongst us, you know, people that sign a card and off they go, never intending to follow through with voting yes when the day comes. Chicken *****.......

Disagreement? Wtf! Nothing to do with disagreement. All to do with a certain type of person that pulls "chicken ****" by being a "chicken ****"......not for the union? Don't ******* sign a ******* card in the first place!
 
What happens a year from now if theres only 8 terminals out of 380 or so that are union? interesting question, lets say 8 terminals has a contract or working on one, will this work when you have 300 plus terminals non union, can't see it but will see.

Where does this number 8 come from? Will 108 get your attention? Will you then need to see 208? Just curious, because the naysayers always want to see just a little bit more... Patience peeps, patience. &time.

There will be 8 terminals that will have Teamsters pay and benefits that the other 372 won't have. It won't work like if you had all 380 terminals on the same contract, but it can work. Remember, there is strength in numbers. Ask a Schneider driver that was Union how it worked for them.
 
They fell for the company lies. We care. We love you. Had corporate humps waiting at the gate for us each morning at EPH. Free food, relaxing of rules, it was hilarious. Since the vote went YES, haven't seen anybody, the grill is cold, no love. I thought they cared. Well about profit, yes. But hey, so far the union has gotten you a solid raise, free meals, new equipment, scorecard thrown out, harsh critical write up policy thrown out, harsh critical write up for snow day call out policy tossed, vacation and time off freed up tremendously, personal days approved again, relaxing of silly 30 minute gate times and stops per hour (at least where the union is in), and a general overall sigh of relief knowing your job ain't going out from under you because of some hostile corporate agenda. Thanks Teamsters!

OK so I've been a little toxic and mean spirited. I'm sorry. So just what do you call someone who is too much of a ***** to tell the organizer that approaches them he's not sure or not interested, but signs a card anyway because they are too chicken **** to say as such, is too weak kneed to say so, too yellow, too much of a coward to say " no thank you " or even " **** off " and then when it comes time to walk the walk they turn tail and slither the other way? Or how about the ********s that are ******* with the vote? The filthy low down slimy worms.

Let me start out by saying I believe we need union representation. I will do what I can to convince people. However, calling people names are calling them chicken**** isn't helping the cause. People have a right to change their minds. I don't know what the person's mindset was when they signed a card. I tell people everyday don't believe what I tell you check it out for yourself. If at the end of the day you want to say no, I will shake your hand, pat you on the back, and move on. In the end if you vote for what you believe in and do what's best for your family, then in my opinion we are all winners.
