You could file a grievance on it or have your local Break's union do it but I doubt that anything will be done. I'd bet that the company will declare a lack of manpower and the union will agree.
They are probably building up their stable in advanced so they aren't short-handed when the big guys get disqualified.
Ups freight is doing the same thing. They have adds in papers and a big banner on the fence At the gate when there is barley enough work for the guys they have.
They are expecting a lot of failed physicals in the next few years.
