Questions linger for 2015

At the time of publishing this story, YRC's fourth-quarter earnings report has not been scheduled. The report will highlight YRC's performance during the crucial fourth quarter and provide insight into the company's ability to maintain its profitability into 2015 and possibly beyond.

Those who are optimistic about YRC point to its newly reorganized management team and freight network, its investment in technology and its strong position in a rising transporation industry. Those who are pessimistic point to the age of the company's drivers and the state of repair of its vehicle fleet as well as the cost obligations the company's union labor create and the lack of a competitive advantage in the market.

So the big question for YRC in 2015 is: Can the company stay profitable?

Albeit YRCW has some hurdles to maneuver.On the same token it seems they do alot of deceptive things.Example is the MOU2014. The minute they were allowed the extra percentage in PTS.Most bulk centers were crowded with PTS vehicles coming and going.While our members were at home waiting to get out to work.If the company abuses this language.They are almost sure to abuse other areas of commitments.Bonuses and sales of shares of stock to individual executives sure doesn't bode well with their credibility.

We give these "people" 15% of our wages, 3/4 of our pension. And what do we get? hand print scanners to punch in with because we have such a MAJOR problem with fraud. Bonus's for the "Big Shots" in Overland Park. But YEA! I get a $750 check in April!
I work at a terminal that is nothing more than a frekin MUDHOLE because we have NO FREKIN ROOM TO MOVE! But hey! We got the new scanners!
Can't get anyone to work for us long term because they can go to any other LTL and make more money fight out of the gate than they can with us.

I should be happy right?

Wait...if you read your check receipt.Youll see equity benefits wages union.I don't know where the equity is but it looks like the Union gets our 15%.Oh wait once more...the equity is in that motto.."Thank God you have a job"...whoa..that makes me feel better..
