U.S. Treasury Dept. Investigation At Kansas City Terminal over employees taking a tax write off for the 15% wage cut. Big fines and possibility of incarceration could be coming. One person in particular has been deemed as the ringleader and refused Treasury Dept. access to his home. Also, the IRS is getting involved in this same case with likely fines, penalties, and interest. This write-off is illegal folks. I know it's tax time and I'm sure this investigation is going to spread like wildfire throughout the country, please don't get caught up in it!

When did this all come up??? I had not heard that we could file an amended return on the 15 percent ??? I will head over to the local Liberty Tax office and check this out !!!!

As recently as Jan. 6, 2015 on the YRC Freight thread entitled ADP "lexmark" (post #13) posted this...

Signed up a couple weeks ago. Last nite got notifaction from app that pay will be deposited on 1/8. Logged on app and showed my pay for 8th. Clicked view pay details and it showed my pay stub I can print. Pay stub no longer shows 15% reduction as it did the previous 2 weeks. It shows hourly rate $21.0885. Good luck to the ones trying to show a loss on taxes next year for 2015 since they are not showing $24.81 hr minus 15%. We had a bunch here amend their taxes for 3 yrs back.

If you truly believe everything they have done over the last 9 years has been truly on the up and up then you need to remove your head from the dark smell place you have it shoved , yours or high and mighty master welch and zollers.
you talk all tough on truckers board but have to be one of the biggest lackys this place has ever seen .
when many here tried to talk sense to the yes men there were so many things you said oh no ,that will never happen . you have been wrong so many times ive lost count .

Did you actually come with all that by yourself or did you have to get help from someone?

When we attack each other,...........Only the "Company" wins. I voted Yes, so I assume this goes for me also. I'm truly sorry you feel this way, honestly.
