I wasn't sure but according to the vnomics people, the changes have been made. No more 168 hour rule so your log will reset after every 34 consecutive hours off and no more 2 1-5 periods required for reset.
 
Good news!! Thanks for the update. I would assume it should be effective system wide by Monday, right?
 
That's great!! Just wish we could go back old school on the VIR's again. Talk about a disaster. Least little defect, equipment is put OOS.Think they should have held off for a month or two.

Just don't hit "other" and learn the system. If a little defect puts the equipment out of service then it's obvious it's user error.
 
Yep..it is user error. I make them all the time, just as my spelling of school. Would someone please edit my mistake?
