Former Duke player may face charges

Nope. No he isn't. They removed the player from the team. And the coach can't stop a crime from taking place.....if it ever even took place. Don't jump to conclusions. Remember the Duke Lacrosse **** case? Complete fraud right from the beginning.

And the women still haven't even went to the authorities. I thought that we are innocent until proven guilty?

No jumping here. If he knew about it and did nothing until now he's tarnished.

When a player does get removed from a team, it isn't the coaches decision anyway......the decision comes from a different department completely.

And as a country, we have to stop allowing people to destroy other people's lives with accusations and false claims. If these two "victims" won't come forward, file charges, and get an investigation under way, it makes me question whether it even happened. Their claim has already destroyed the kid's life, and we don't have an investigation or charges filed. If they don't file charges, there should be charges filed against them for making a false claim.
This guilty until proven innocent crap has to stop. That is not how our system was supposed to be.
