I wonder if the cash outlay for the New mandatory uniforms were factored in to the OR for the period? Either way, it was doubtful about the "bonus" threshold being met anyway.

I doubt that they were factored in for the last period but will be in the period(s) when the costs come into play. Sure it's one way of keeping the O.R. down to avoid shelling out a bonus for the peons. I'd expect them to throw us an expensive, elaborate party to take the edge off the O.R. before they'd lavish us with a cash bonus.

You're right about the......"bonus"...threshold, Brother Retread........IF,.....and that's a large "IF"...we ever get close enough to make them sweat about paying ..."bonuses"......why, they'll just move the data around ,.....maybe do like what you said,....factor in "uniform" costs,.....or maybe costs for new potted plants in the corporate headquarters lobby,......Any rate,....it's like playing football, and every time you get within field goal range,....the opposing team lifts up the goal posts and moves them back another 30 yards...........there ain't a trucking company out there honest enough to compute the TRUE cost of doing business,.......Heck , they've fudged the figures for so long, they probably CAN'T compute the true cost,......."Bonuses!".......Hah!
