For some reason they have a big problem with COL right now. Meanwhile Fedex Freight breaks ground on A huge terminal ten miles west of columbus. In another time and place this happened at a outfit called CF???:nutkick:
 
How many drivers are on the board in Columbus,oh.

I think they are trying to get both of the boards down low enough to combine both of the terminals together. I can see the hand writing on the wall.

That's nice of them to train new hires to drive with so many experienced drivers laid off! It's nice of them to hire 4 hour casuals to do the work of full time dock workers laid off from COO's. If YRC made a product, it would have been outsourced to China many years ago! It's only "Team Yellow" when they want more from you. I'm just looking for a fair days pay for a fair days work! And if I have to... the opportunity to follow the work. Is that asking too much?
 
yesterday was the bid here in mil/313 I heard there will be 23 bids we have 44 drivers on the list,I hear the rest will be on permanent layoff.
 
Ok nsh driver; is my friend ( KM) who went down there from PVD on last year change still working or is he laid off ?
Give him my best..........KB

Here @381 Omaha yellow and roadway are now merged. With the new change and Lincoln guys movin back to Lincoln(5) guys. Our bids changed from 44 bids last week to March 2... bids of 27 only 5 lincoln guys got to follow work there(that was listed in change) . Our other points we ran( Red oak, Harlan ,Shelby and Norfork daily are now given to other terminals with no men to follow. These were not even listed as changes in ops. :flame:Whats up with that. they were all 10 hour runs/or more .
