Thanks for the info.Don't know how much they run but I know they run no bag drivers, you would be out and back every shift.
Thanks for the info.
Wish I could give you more specific info about amout of miles and such but I'm out of Atlanta, so I can't tell you how Dallas is doing freight-wise.
Not here.linehaul run's linehaul. No working the dock.I was going to fill out an app online but OD web site don't offer online app. So I called and they said I would have to call and make an appointment to come in and fill out one. Hope I can do it on the weekend or after 5 during the week because I'm working full time. Do the line-haul drivers at OD do any dock work like con-way and fed ex. When I worked at saia there would be times I would be at a dark terminal and needed a set of empty's and would have to get on fork lift and empty out 2 off the dock but when I was at con-way you had to work dock every night until your return load was ready.
I started setting the cruise at 1475 rpms and just leaving it there till the top of the big ones , rather then shifting, just to immediately shift back and lose speedThe only time that really bugs me is when climbing a really big one and dropping into 7th, that gear seems to really have a lot of torque in it, then you have to feather the throttle the rest of the way up the hill because you lose your ass going to 8th.
