XPO | The new hire 90 day rule

I'm new to Conway and the forum.
I had a question about the 90 day rule for new hires.
When I was offered a job, I was told to hurry and come on-board before the next driving class graduated, so I would have service rank on them.
Well, I came on to Conway, as a DSR, and then about 30 days after I was hired, the driving class graduated. When they graduated, they were put above me in service rank, because I was still in my "90 day probationary period". On top of that, another driver transfered a week before the class got out, and he was put above all of us.
My SCM said I should have rank, but was over ruled by the PS, because of company policy.
I can't find any written policy about the DSR 90 day rule.
Is this a rule? I've been told by other centers that it's BS.
I've tried calling HR in corporate, but they don't pick up the phone or return voicemails.
Any advise?
Thanks.[
well now if you had a union maybe the rules would be written down

Hate to break it to you Shabadoo, but the same thing happened to me, and there's nothing myself or the guys I started with could do about it. I went down about 8 spots due to graduating students. Fortunately, the guys from the graduating class hooked me up with a slice of cake during their graduation party, so it wasn't all bad LOLOL.

:lmao:

You have less than 90 days in.....don't make same mistake as me and waste 5 years of your life.
