Ya, that's what I figured but I still wasn't sure since the last discussion that took place in here about the t.m. trowing a fit about the drivers posting here.

Cooper needs to put their foot down. Not on the boards but on the crap that goes on at their terminals.amazing how many qualified workers can't get hired at Cooper due to political BS.

What is AAA Cooper's prime area of service ?
I haven't seen one of their trucks since they pulled out of New Jersey a few years ago.

Mostly in the southern part of the US.

they're to busy running off the qualified drivers they already have. cost/performance, oh! I as a driver am going to tell the customer, you've got 20 minutes to start loading that 24 skid load or I'm rolling. with that said how about sales lead. oh here's a pen and notepad to sit next to your lunch and race tickets that SE brought you......now how about that load but you'll need to move some things to the rear I need that nosed up.:hysterical:

They are now busy running off the customers too, at least they are in Greenville. Its all about the numbers with the management here,..screw the actual nuts and bolts of customer service and running freight. I would venture to say they have probably hired 25 people in the last year and maybe gained 5 people, they dont last long, they have nothing invested in the company like 401k or vacation , seniority so they refuse to deal with the Mgr and leave for someplace that doesnt make it their lifes mission to screw you over .

I couldnt locate the edit post icon, and wanted to add,...
I wish I could have a look at the freight volume from say 2004 or 2005 and look at it now,..they have run off so much freight by cutting routes to make the numbers look good, when the chips eventually come down,..this guy will blame the drivers for it I am sure. :chairshot:

Eventually "right" will win, I was always told that as I was being raised, and that every dog has their day,..heres to hoping Rovers day comes and comes soon.

Good luck AAAman, I hope those things come to light, hang in there, encourage others...someone once said " when the country has gone to the dogs, the cats must move circumspectly, walk on fences and sleep in trees, remembering that all this barking may not be the last word"
