Does anyone have any facts on what actually caused this tragedy? A large crate does not mean it weighed 10 grand. As always, blame YRC and the equipment. A fellow employee had an accident and died. Condolences should be the only posts here.

OK fellas take a good look at the crate it is a household crate the moving companies use when they put your junk in storage or ship overseas.
If you look close you can see someone household junk in it with furniture pads and all.
