Yellow | Why are YRC bigwigs snooping around Dallas terminal?

I heard that they were snooping around studying the industry to see how the freight is actually handled and that they will incorporate their findings into their new "Freight Handlers Manual"

Relax! Brother T. J. is on his way to the Dallas barn asap to straighten things out!

He was there today at 4pm. Probably got caught in traffic, or he would have been there sooner.

Ha that's a good one. The last thing this company is worried about is moving freight. Anyways they already know everything they want to know, which is how to get their bonuses.

if they are waiting for TJ to save the day down there in tx i hope they are not holding their breath

Well the Bigshots are gone and all that talent has decided to put the inbound/outbound on one dock and the city on the other dock. This will be about the 4th time we have tried this since the merger and it failed miserably every time! Instead of fixing what was going on we will attempt to reinvent moving freight once again. The incompetence we have have to witness sure wears on ya!

Bart, you have done exceedingly well with the wealth of information that you have passed along. I do have one question for you though:

When they realign these 2 docks into 1, will they coffee and tea be made by only person, will the duties be combined, or will they just re-bid those jobs and go strictly by seniority?

Inquiring minds want to know. We all know that "The Darryl" will "EFF" this up, the way he has done to everything he has touched so far.

Well I'm sure you know he fired the man who has made the coffee and tea for 25yrs and now has the man he picked doing that job. I'm also happy the man who made it and his family didn't suffer much when he fired him so Darryl could have his way! This seems to hit on the problem at 511. You can't tell Darryl and crew anything because they already know everything! I have to say on a positive note that Paul F. is leaving YRC. He hands down has to be the #1 no freight moving know it all I have met in 40yrs on the slab! You have been around this Darryl guy long enough to know he don't care about your seniority! Heck how many Teamsters are on "Special Assignment" to the Darryl?:butt kiss:

Seems like a cycle. The last time they thought of this brilliant idea
It wasn'ttoo much after that dock change. That they cued up another Change of operations

Keep it real and stick to the important issues...like who's making the popcorn?
