At least it's only 10. We get 15-20 stops to deliver. Regularly. Double stack triple stack it's all got to go on the trailer. Bosses need their bonuses after allLike that's gonna stop somebody from stacking

Yep. But according to their calculations....................I think the goal is to get the bills on the street.80 drivers =800 bills. We have more inbound coming in daily than we have drivers to deliver it.Nothing wrong with setting goals, but it has to make sense.Cutting trailers with10 or 12 pallets on a 53 because of a 3 skid early am appointment kills us and should be managed better.Loading 6 skids on a trailer for an 11am driver to a shipper 100 miles away that stops receiving at noon doesn't do much good either.Especially when he has 7 deliveries to make on the way there.
Don't let them get in your way. They are just cardboard......they'll flatten out.Speaking of which, those cones that U-line sells are the biggest hoax since Y2K.
I tell the customers that they got smashed on the roof of the trailer while they were stacking it on top of other freight.Don't let them get in your way. They are just cardboard......they'll flatten out.

They did this to us at Estes last year, didn't last too long. If you went out with a couple of stops, you had to come back for another load so you would have at least 10 deliveries. I would drive 37 miles to drop a load at amazon and then return to the terminal with an empty. In the mean time, someone else would hook to an empty and go 37 miles back to the area I just came from and make pick ups. All us drivers could do was laugh because of all the bring backs and missed pick ups.Ok , has any of the other barns got caught up in this new idea from upper management , of 10 bills per trailer for city Del. and then sending out empty trailers to make pick up's only ?? well their is room for improvement in this plan to say the least !!
